What is composite resin?

What are the advantages of composites?
Aesthetics are the main advantage, since dentists can blend shades to create a colour nearly identical to that of the actual tooth. What Post treatment care should I take?
Avoid having coloured food items turmeric, soya sauce, red wine etc for a week post treatment as it tends to stain the composite veneers in the early phase
Take care of your teeth like Brush and floss as you regularly do. (use non-abrasive toothpaste)
Normal diet will not harm your veneers. Avoid any shearing force on these teeth (like biting a sugarcane).
